Application Scenarios
Tire vulcanization labels/belt labels are designed for traceability and management in the tire production process. They withstand harsh vulcanization environments, and through unique coating technology combined with specialized high-temperature-resistant ribbons, the labels resist chemical reactions, acids, alkalis, and abrasion during tire vulcanization. They exhibit high bond strength after vulcanization and are suitable for automatic labeling in large-scale automated production.
Solutions
Tire Vulcanization Labels: Withstand vulcanization temperatures up to 200°C, applicable before or after vulcanization. They offer ultra-strong adhesion and scratch resistance.
Belt Labels: Used for belts, hoses, air springs, and other rubber products. Real-time variable data is printed on pre-printed materials using thermal transfer printers.
Transfer Films: Available in various thicknesses, resistant to temperatures up to 177°C. All films are applied after belt vulcanization and can also be used for rubber air cushions and liners. Suitable for circular mold vulcanization or segment vulcanization.
Tire vulcanization labels are made of PET with ultra-adhesive rubber backing, available in various thicknesses. They withstand vulcanization temperatures up to 200°C, are applicable before and after vulcanization, offer ultra-strong adhesion and scratch resistance, and are easy to print, making them a high-performance, cost-effective vulcanization label solution.
Features & Benefits: Available in multiple thicknesses; resistant to water, acids, alkalis, most oils, and low-fat solvents; adhesive penetrates tire concavities for firm bonding; high post-vulcanization strength; temperature resistance up to 200°C (higher for short vulcanization times); applicable before and after vulcanization; easy to print with high post-vulcanization barcode and text recognition rates.
Belt labels are used for belts, hoses, air springs, and other rubber products. Real-time variable data is printed on pre-printed materials using thermal transfer printers and then transferred to rubber materials via heat and pressure. The heat and pressure from vulcanization permanently transfer the identification onto the rubber. They can also be applied after vulcanization, with different colors further distinguishing product types and production lines, providing efficient product management solutions for belt and rubber enterprises.
Features & Characteristics: Available in multiple colors, applicable before and after vulcanization; suitable for EPDM, chloroprene rubber, and low-temperature printing; real-time variable data printing on pre-printed materials; easy to print with high post-vulcanization barcode and text recognition rates.
